Digital Wedding Invitations with RSVP

A digital wedding invitation is an invitation your guests open on their phone from a link — by text, email or WhatsApp — instead of a printed card. Ours open with an animated envelope and lead straight into a full wedding website where guests RSVP, see every event on a map, and find travel details. We design it for you for one flat price, with no per-guest fees.

How it works

  1. Pick a design. Choose one of our animated templates (live demos below) and the plan that fits your wedding.
  2. Send us your details. Fill in one form with your names, events, venues and story. No design software, no drag-and-drop.
  3. We design it. Our designers build and customise your invitation. Standard delivery is 7–21 business days; express (7 business days) is available.
  4. Share the link. Send it by text, email, WhatsApp or a QR code. RSVPs start arriving in your dashboard straight away.

Pricing: one flat fee, not per guest

Most digital invitation services charge by the number of guests. Ours is a one-time price per wedding, whether you invite 40 people or 400.

When a digital invitation is the right choice

Digital invitations make the most sense when your guests are spread across cities or countries, when you have several events, or when details are likely to change. A printed card is final the moment it is posted; a digital invitation can be updated in seconds, and every guest always sees the latest schedule.

They are also the fastest way to collect RSVPs. Guests reply from the same link they opened, so there are no reply cards to lose and no spreadsheet to update by hand. Couples usually get most replies within the first week.

Cost is the other reason. Printed suites with RSVP cards, envelopes, inserts and postage commonly cost several dollars per guest before you add a wedding website. A single digital invitation with a built-in website replaces all of it.

Many couples still print a small number of invitations for grandparents and elders, and send the digital invitation to everyone else. Our QR code makes it easy to link the two.

Frequently asked questions

Are digital wedding invitations tacky?

No — digital invitations are now standard, especially for guests who live far away. What makes an invitation feel special is the design and wording, not the paper. An animated, personalised invitation with a proper wedding website feels more considered than a generic e-card.

How do I send digital wedding invitations?

Share your invitation link by text message, email or WhatsApp, ideally individually rather than in a group. For older guests you can also print a QR code on a small card that opens the same invitation.

How much do digital wedding invitations cost?

Most services charge per guest — roughly $85–$100 per 100 guests for premium designs at Paperless Post or Greenvelope. Our invitations are one flat price per wedding (from about $60 for a save the date and $120 for the full invitation with RSVP).

Can guests RSVP to a digital wedding invitation?

Yes. Guests RSVP from the same link, choose meals and note dietary needs, and you see every reply in a live dashboard with email notifications.

When should I send digital wedding invitations?

The same time as printed ones: 6–8 weeks before a local wedding and 10–12 weeks before a destination wedding, with the RSVP deadline 3–4 weeks before the day.

Can I use a digital invitation for a destination wedding?

Yes — it is where digital works best. You can include flights, hotel blocks, visa notes and a multi-day itinerary in one place, and update it as plans change.
